Dispatch and shipping times
We only make small, weekly fresh batches of cheeze. We ship once a week, on Wednesday or Thursday, the week after we receive your order. Orders need to be in by Friday evening.
If you have an urgent delivery requirement please contact us, so we can see if we are able to accommodate you.
UPS might send an email at the moment a shipping label is created. This is not the moment your cheezes are dispatched and, most likely not the day they will delivered. The Soul Cheeze dispatch email, with tracking number, arrives once the cheezes are dropped off.
We are based in Cheshire, close to Nantwich. If you are local, you can collect your cheezes - on appointment - to save on shipping costs and packing materials.
Currently we offer free delivery in the Nantwich/Crewe area for orders of £15 or more.
Please make sure you are going to be in for the delivery, have it delivered to a business address or indicate a neighbour's home. Once the cheezes are dispatched, you will receive your tracking number. Please track the package yourself and try to contact the courier directly, in case of problems.
We are currently in an extraordinary period, so please understand that couriers do all they can to deliver on time, but delays might happen. Once the parcels are shipped, the situation is out of our control, but we will do all we can to make sure you receive a a satisfying product.
All food sales are final. If the goods are delivered damaged, or have anything wrong with them, please let us know as we want you be happy with your purchase.
Soul Cheeze is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of packages being undeliverable. Please provide the correct shipping address, phone number and email address.
We ship nationwide with UPS next day delivery.
